The Challenge

Contractors don't hire like tech companies

When a tech company needs a developer, they post a job and hire someone in a few weeks. Construction doesn't work that way. A contractor might not know they need three more equipment operators until a contract lands on Tuesday. By then it's too late to start from scratch.

Smart contractors build a talent pool. They collect applications year-round, keep track of who can run what equipment, and when work comes in, they already know who to call. The problem? Most contractor websites just dump applications into an email inbox and hope for the best.

Level Best wanted something better. So we built it.
